How to Apply

To be considered for Institutional Aid in the form of a grant, an applicant must complete the New Student Financial Aid Application , including full disclosure of available financial resources as well as a proposed budget of income and expenses for which the grant is sought.

To qualify for consideration for a scholarship grant, an applicant must complete the Institutional Financial Aid Evaluation form and complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.  Please use school code: G03566.

Returning Student Financial Aid Application are due with Fall registration no later than April 25th.

To be considered for a Federal Stafford Direct Loan, an applicant must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Any student may complete the FAFSA, either online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/or by using the paper application, available from the Financial Aid Office located on the 2nd floor of Rather House. Federal Student Aid eligibility is determined on a year-to-year basis with annual reapplication and review.  Students are encouraged to use the IRS Tax Retrieval process when completing their FAFSA.

The total amount of financial aid awarded to any student cannot exceed their calculated Cost of Attendance.  A student’s Cost of Attendance is determined, in part, by the costs associated with attending the seminary, including (but not limited to) tuition, fees, costs for books and supplies, transportation, expenses for room and board, certain dependent expenses, and other costs that may be determined on a case-by-case basis. The base cost of attendance may vary from student to student, depending upon each students’ individual circumstances, course load, or unique situations.
