Soul in the City

This year, Seminary of the Southwest’s Center for Writing and Creative Expression will host a series of “second Friday” artist-and-writer happy hours. Join the community on the Rather House patio from 4:00–5:30 to hear local luminaries read, perform, and chat with Southwest’s faculty members.

September 11: Sara Hickman, singer-songwriter and MAC junior will make music and exchange deep thoughts with theology professor Tony Baker.

November 13: Eileen Flynn DeLaO, former religion writer for the Austin American-Statesman and lecturer at UT’s Moody College of Communication
