Not sure what you have checked out or when it’s due? Log into your Booher Library account to view the titles and determine if they are eligible for renewal. To log in, you will need the barcode number that is on the back of your Seminary of the Southwest ID Card (students, faculty and staff) or Library Patron ID card (all other patrons.)

What if I have trouble accessing my account?
For support, please email email@example.com. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
How many times can I renew an item?
An item can be renewed up to 3 times. If the item is eligible for renewal, you will receive another 30 days with the item. To make the most of your renewals, wait until the item is almost due back before renewing it. You can request a renewal by logging into your library account, emailing the librarians at firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling the library 512-478-5212. Please note that you will not be able to renew an item if someone else has placed a hold on it or if you’ve already renewed the item 3 times.
I can’t find my library card. Can you tell me what my barcode number is so I can log into my account?
In order to protect your account, we cannot provide barcode information over the phone. Please come in with your photo ID and we will replace your library card free of charge. In the meantime, we are happy to help you renew your items over the phone or by email.
Why don’t I see the book I borrowed via interlibrary loan on my account?
We manage interlibrary loan books separately from Booher Library books. To check on the status of an interlibrary loan or to request a renewal, please email email@example.com or call 512-478-5212.
How can I place a hold online?
At this time, this service is not available. Please call or email the library and we will place the item on hold for you.
