Not sure what you have checked out or when it’s due? Log into your Booher Library account to view the titles and determine if they are eligible for renewal. If you are a Southwest student you will use your student ID number as your barcode to log in. All others will use the barcode number on the back of the Seminary of the Southwest Library Patron ID Card.

How many times can I renew an item?
An item can be renewed up to three times. If the item is eligible for renewal, you will receive another 30 days with the item. To make the most of your renewals, wait until the item is almost due back before renewing it. You can request a renewal by logging into your library account, emailing the librarians at firstname.lastname@example.org, or calling the library 512-478-5212. Please note that you will not be able to renew an item if someone else has placed a hold on it or if you’ve already renewed the item three times.
Why don’t I see the book I borrowed via interlibrary loan on my account?
We manage interlibrary loan books separately from Booher Library books. To check on the status of an interlibrary loan or to request a renewal, please email email@example.com or call 512-478-5212.
How can I place a hold online?
