Consultations Our writing consultants and the CWA director are available during walk-in hours and by appointment to assist students in any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming to proofreading. Common consultation goals include:
- breaking down a writing assignment
- generating ideas
- crafting a thesis statement
- outlining content
- researching, drafting, and revising
- editing and proofreading
- citing sources in a variety of styles
Writing Partnerships We offer long-term writing partnerships between interested students and a trained consultant. Together, the student and consultant define needs, set goals, and track progress.
Writing Libguide The CWA will soon partner with the Harrison Library to offer a collection of digital resources for theological writing, writing in the social sciences, and writing as a spiritual practice. Stay tuned!
