View Bishop Tengatenga’s lecture on being a follower of Christ

< Back

March 25 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Rt. Rev. James Tengatenga, PhD, former bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Southern Malawi, presented the 2015 Harvey Lecture titled "Obedient, Presumptuously Humble, and Vulnerable: Evangelism for Episcopalians."

The Harvey Lecture, organized annually by seminarians, honors the late Hudnall Harvey, dean of Seminary of the Southwest from 1968 until his death in 1972. The lectureship serves as a living memorial to Dean Harvey's ministry at the seminary.

Students, faculty, alumni and friends welcomed Bishop Tengatenga and his wife, Josie Tengatenga back to Southwest, the bishop's alma mater.

The videotape of Bishop Tengatenga's lecture is available here.
