Housing
For students relocating to attend seminary, we know that housing is a top priority. That is why at Southwest, we are committed to easing the transition and helping our students find a new home.
A number of houses and duplexes are available for rent to students with children. The houses range in size from 2 bedroom/1 bath to 3 bedroom/2 bath and rent ranges from $620 to $1,800 per month plus utilities. Two apartment buildings are available for singles and couples. These studio apartments rent for $500 per month plus utilities. Pets are allowed. First priority for on-campus housing is for MDiv and DAS students. Students in other degree programs are offered on-campus housing as space allows.
