The annual Matriculation service of Evensong will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 27, 2017, in Christ Chapel on the seminary campus.
This fall, we will welcome the new students entering Seminary of the Southwest for their leadership formation for lay and ordained ministry. The Very Rev. Cynthia Briggs Kittredge, Dean and President, will serve as officiant, and The Rev. Daniel Joslyn-Siemiatkoski, Acting Academic Dean, will preach at the service of Evensong.
Additionally, the Charlie Cook Servant Leadership Award will be presented to Mr. Walter Moreau, Executive Director of Foundation Communities. (Read more about Moreau and the Cook Award here.)
Following the service, a reception will be held in the Weeks Center. All are welcome.
